Ainsworth Games Coming to Europe in Partnership with Playtech

Ainsworth, Australia’s second largest slots developer, already has something of a presence online. Indeed, you can check out some of their great existing games in our dedicated Ainsworth software section, where we’ve got dedicated features for games like 50 Dolphins, Dragon Lines and Eagle Bucks. You can also play them online now as long as you’re in a regulated market as the existing range is currently carried at MoneyGaming, one of our most highly recommended Real Money online casinos.

The games are all fun to play and high quality, but they’re more likely to appeal to fans of the original land based versions – not to mention the fact that there aren’t all that many games out there. However, this is all set to change in the coming months as Ainsworth games are set to hit the UK and mainland Europe in a big way thanks to a brand new partnership between the company and the internationally renowned software provider Playtech.

Under the agreement, Ainsworth will be making its GameConnect system available to Playtech partners, which will ensure that their games land in the new markets on desktops, mobiles and tablets in a big way.

Speaking on the new agreement, Ainsworth CEO Danny Gladstone commented: “Playtech is a renowned industry leader online and we are very excited tin partnering with them to expand our market leading land based slot content to new consumer audiences in the online industry.”

Shay Segev, COO at Playtech, was also on hand to pass comment on the story, saying: “The Ainsworth game supply agreement is our first partnership with the world’s leading land based content providers whose games will be distributed across our channels. This will give our existing and future online licensees access to proven, premium, localised land based content, enriching both our and our licensees’ casino offerings as well as giving their players access to an even greater choice of quality titles.”

As noted, this is the first specific agreement of its kind for Playtech and will ensure that some top notch content that is already familiar to Aussie players will now be strongly represented among brand new player markets. Among the online casinos that are set to offer the games are Paddy Power and Bet365 in the UK, which will further expand their existing selections of games that are based closely around the Playtech platform, with further support from Microgaming, Net Entertainment and whole host of smaller names.

In related news, Australia’s other major developer, Aristocrat, has announced that their official Rolling Stones slot is coming to land based venues in Europe this month. With forty win lines, generous bonuses and unmistakable themed features, it’s well worth checking out at your local casino when it lands.

Aristocrat’s Chief Supply Officer, Jason Walbridge, commented on the game’s European launch, saying: “Rather than simply picking a momentarily ‘in vogue’ theme, every license secured by Aristocrat is scrutinised against key player demographics. Our current and future line-ups are designed to generate optimal appeal amongst entertainment seeking players in the markets and segments we designate.”
