Australia’s Aristocrat Technologies has firmly positioned itself as one of the premier slot developers in the world in recent years and one of the primary reasons behind their astonishing growth outside its domestic market has been keeping the momentum going. No sooner has something new appeared from the company than they’re already well on the way to delivering the next big thing and with ICE 2015 coming up, that momentum is sure to continue.
The company has released a preview outlining exactly what players have to expect from them at the ICE show in London, which runs from the 2nd to the 5th of February this year. Their Wonder Wheels series looks set to be receiving the majority of the attention and is being combined with some of their most notable official licenses.
The new Wonder Wheels cabinets are a highlight in themselves. The dual seat pods stand at over ten feet tall with the slots themselves being displayed on huge 55 inch vertical screens. Three mechanical wheels control much of the bonus action while the unique iChair offers the kind of immersion levels that land based players have never seen, heard or felt before.
The first game that will be coming to Europe and showcased in full at the show is the Batman Classic TV Series slot. While Adam West may now be best known as the mayor in Family Guy, this game is based on the show that started it all off for him and features him and Burt Ward taking on The Joker, Riddler and Catwoman in fast paced slots action. 25 lines and single site progressive jackpots are the highlights, together with bonus games based on good old fashioned crime fighting.
Classic Batman is not the only old school superhero to receive attention in the Wonder Wheels series as players will also encounter the 1970s Man of Steel on Superman The Movie. Another progressive jackpot pool awaits, as does Aristocrat’s iconic Xtra Reel Power betting layout. Plenty more bonus games are included which feature some of the most recognisable locations in Superman lore such as the Fortress of Solitude and Daily Planet offices.
Two other branded games are set to make their European debuts and there is not a superhero in sight as players get to meet talking bear Ted on the slot of the same name and Tarzan on Tarzan of the Apes with even more jackpots and great bonus features included.
As for original titles, players can look forward to Pixie Wishes which will be making its worldwide debut at the show. Sky Rider Golden Amulet and Silver Treasures, two of Aristocrat’s biggest hits of 2014, are being rebooted under the Pixie Wishes brand with new jackpots, more respins and brand new features.
In short, there is plenty for Aristocrat fans to look forward to next month. Donal Maguire, Sales and Marketing Director of Aristocrat Europe, commented on the new launches, saying: “Aristocrat’s gaming operations portfolio has to be the strongest currently in the market, with some of the most widely recognised film, television and music inspired brands, backed by multi-billion dollar investments already made by the world’s biggest publishing and production houses. With such a range of ready packaged marketing armoury and arguably the best maths and audio visual creativity out there today, we are confident that operators will find these compelling opportunities irresistible in the ongoing challenge to sharpen their competitive edge and expanding their player bases.
“We will also be parading some spectacular new future concepts in hardware and software, so fresh in the development cycle, they’ll be up to the minute prototypes that will leave stand visitors simply awestruck.”
