Grab that Gold
We probably all fancy getting our hands on some gold and this island seems to be full of it. The big question is how much of it can make its way into our account balance? As you might have been expecting, this three-reel game has a rather golden look to it.
The background is golden and underneath the reels in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen is the Golden Coast logo. The Gold is in that colour bu the word Coast is in green, not sure why but it is. We get a glimpse of the gorgeous looking island with palm trees and red flowers and boats out on the sea.. We also have lots of gold coins, very tempting indeed.
Coast To Riches
The all-important reels are in the top left-hand corner of the screen. The symbols are basic as is often the case in these kind of games. There are two theme-related ones, namely the Gold Coast logo and the red flower. Aside from that we have the red 7’s and the single, double and triple bars. Perhaps cherries don’t grow on this island hence their absence.
The red flower is the lowest paying symbol in the game Just one of them on an active payline pays 1x your coin stake, two pays 2x and three 10x. Not a great deal but a way of keeping your account balance ticking over.
The highest paying symbol is the Gold Coast logo. How much you win though totally depends on how much you stake. It’s all about the number of pay-lines that are activated on the winning spin of the reels. The top prize of 6000x your coin stake is only able to be won if it comes up on the fifth pay-line. There is the incentive to be playing all five though. If it come up on the first pay-line you receive 1000x your coin stake, this keeps going up by 1000x to 4000x on the fourth pay-line. Then theres a 2000x increase to that mouth-watering 6000x jackpot.
Obviously you want to be getting your hands on that jackpot but be careful with your budget. Even a 2000x or 3000x win is going to put a big smile on your face. The cost of activating all the pay-lines is €1.25 and the maximum €25. The other wins in this game include 300x for three red 7’s and 100x for a trio of triple bars
The Gold Coast logo is also the wild symbol in this game and can substitute for symbols to get you a winning combination. There’s no multiplier attached to wins though which is slightly disappointing.
It’s an easy game to operate with all the control buttons down the bottom of the screen. To set how many coins you want to be playing, just use the Bet One button or if you do want to use all five coins, use the Bet Max button and away you go.
It’s possible to check all the rules to the game by pressing the Help button. A. You can also set some automated spins via the autoplay feature but need to be playing in expert mode. This allows you to either set 5x or 10x automated spins or set a more precise one. For example, you can set it so the automated spins stop when your account balance reaches a certain figure, good or bad.
Another entertaining slot from Microgaming but nothng out of the ordinary. It’s a game that’s probably ideal to play if you’re new to slot games. Have a go at this before trying your luck on the more complex games. There are some good wins to be had though so it’s definitely worth a few games.
