Battle of the Titans
It’s not a question that comes into your head every day of the week but who would win in a fight between a Siberian Tiger and a Grizzly Bear? That’s got you thinking, hasn’t it? I’m not sure what the tale of the tape reveals but I wouldn’t fancy facing either of them to be honest. Just how these two will decide who’s top dog (or bear/tiger) will rather surprise you, so read on.
There’s 25 pay-lines in this slot which is set in a cold and snowy scene. The pay-lines are on five reels with three rows of symbols. Those 25 pay-lines aren’t a fixed amount so it’s up to you to decide just how many you want to activate for each spin of the reels. Simply gamble an amount that you can afford to lose and stick to your budget. The minimum cost of playing this game with all the pay-lines activated is €0.25 and the maximum a total of €500 so high rollers will be keen to play this slot.
The symbols in this game are in a way all theme-related. We get to see a tiger who looks in a pretty foul mood, a bear who looks as if his life is unbearable (sorry), a snowflake and a leaf. There’s also the nine to Ace playing card symbols but at least they have a bit of snow on them.
It’s the claw which is the wild symbol. There’s some great animation involved with this as the claw rips its way through the reels when it makes an appearance on the reels. Once it makes its dramatic arrival it can substitute for other symbols to help get you some wins. It can’t replace the Tiger v Bear logo which is the scatter symbol in this game and helps trigger the bonus round.
Before you start playing the game make it your job to find out as much as you can about the game. That means going through the paytable to learn about the winning combinations and how much they pay. There’s also details of where all the paylines are and how the bonus games can be triggered. Also, have some free games to see the game in action.
Let Battle Commence
Time for that long-awaited contest between the tiger and the bear, who’s your money on? This comes in the Siberian Standoff Feature and to trigger it you need to get the tiger on the first reel and the bear on the fifth or vice versa. You now need to decide whether to be the tiger or the bear (you can’t ask which is the most hungry) and who’s going to win this big battle. How do these two titans decide who’s best? Believe it or not but they have an arm wrestling match. Honest, they do!
If you go for the tiger and he wins, you receive eight free spins and four if he loses. Go for the bear and you go into the Bear Claw feature if he wins and that has a 2x multiplier. A second screen appears and there’s a number of bear claws. All you have to do is choose from them to reveal cash wins. Don’t find the stopper though as that ends the round. What if the bear loses at arm wrestling against a tiger (not a sentence I’ll probably ever write again), well you still get to play the Bear Claw feature but without a multiplier being applied.
There’s a great deal to like about this game. Where else are you going to see a tiger have an arm wrestle with a bear? The game has a fantastic look to it and is fun to play. The Siberian Standoff Feature is definitely worth triggering and the Bear Claw feature can be lucrative. Give this a go.
