When it comes to popularity ratings estate agents don’t really threaten the top ten do they? The bottom ten perhaps but if you can get some good wins in this slot from Microgaming then your opinion of them may well begin to change.

This is one of those games that has a bright and cheerful cartoonish look to it, not a bad thing in my book. There’s five reels in this game with a bumper 40 pay-lines on the three rows of symbols. Don’t be worried about the cost of this game because playing all those lines can cost you a minimum of €0.40. The maximum cost of spinning the reels is €50 so not a bad range here, just play an amount you can afford to lose.

The background to ‘Prime Property’ has a house and garden and it’s a hot sunny day. A big bonus for me with the symbols in this game is that they are all theme-related. No fruit or playing cards in this game and every symbol adds to the enjoyment of the theme.

There are four estate agents (boo if you must), two male and two females all doing their best to sell you a property. That’s even if it is worth a fraction of what the selling price is. They look trustworthy but they’re hardly going to have a sign on their head saying ‘I’d say anything to get my commission.’ Five of the female blonde estate agent symbols on one activated pay-line will win you 2000x your line bet, probably the best deal you’ll ever get out of an estate agent.

Just Wild about Property

None of the estate agents are the wild symbol here. Instead it’s the Prime Property logo that is given that important job. Watch the wins roll in as it substitutes for other symbols. Get five of these on an activated pay-line and that’ll see you winning 12,000x your line bet.

The wild symbol cannot substitute for all the symbols though. The removal van is the scatter symbol and the Property newspaper (more lies in that than your average tabloid) is the bonus symbol.

Have a good look through the paytable and game rules to ensure you know as much about the game as possible before pumping real cash in. Unlike the information given by estate agents you can totally trust this set of facts. Have some free games too just to see how the bonus games run, all really helpful preparation for the battle ahead.

All the control buttons for the game are below the reel, so this is really easy to operate when setting your stake for each spin of the reels. There’s the choice between playing the game in regular or expert mode. There’s not much difference really, the basic one being that you can set an autoplay in the expert version of the game. Just why that makes you an expert is beyond me. It’s possible to set the autoplays so that they stop after a certain win or when your account balance reaches a certain level.

Multiple Those Wins

If you can get three of the Property newspaper symbols, then this sees you awarded one free spin with a 1x multiplier. If four come along you get two free spins with a 2x multiplier and five sees you playing with three free spins and all your wins get tripled.

Now you might be thinking that this isn’t exactly a generous amount of free spins. Well there is more on offer as you can choose from a selection of houses in order to acquire more free spins and some welcome higher multipliers. The generosity isn’t too high though as it’s impossible to re-trigger the free spins.

One bonus with the free spins round is that you can activate just the one pay-line and still be in with a chance of triggering the bonus game.

Final Opinions

This isn’t the most complicated game you’ll find yourself playing. Oh for the process of buying a house to be so simple. The look is good, especially for cartoon fans and the soundtrack didn’t have me reaching for the mute button to get rid of it. The bonus game can be profitable though being able to re-trigger the free spins would have been nice. Definitely worth a play.
