Dance for Days…
The layout of this game is presented on a five reel and three row interface, so, as noted, this is just something else that makes this game a generic offering display-wise. It’s upon these reels that you’ll find the various different thematic icons, starting with five lower paying symbols in the form of diner food. These are the glass of chocolate milkshake complete with straw and marshmallows, the sponge cake with chocolate glaze and a cherry on top, and the waffles with ice cream. The fourth symbol is a bowl of ice cream with wafers, while the fifth is a banana split. Additionally, there are four higher paying icons, starting with the pair of dancing shoes, a couple dancing in front of a heart, and finally, one of a 50s girl and the other of a performer.
Alongside the game’s reels, rows and icons, you’ll find that the developer has incorporated a total of nine different pay lines. These can be adjusted to suit your own personal preferences, and this is done by clicking on the ‘Select Lines’ button, or by clicking on one of the numbers from either side of the reels. You can also change around the amount of the wager you place per round, and this is done by using the plus and minus buttons at the bottom of the reels. This offers up a range of between $2.25 and $18 per spin, and this level can be reached by using the ‘Bet Max’ button.
The Speciality Inclusions
As previously mentioned, there’s a couple of different special features included in this game. While the first of these isn’t really a speciality, there’s a high paying symbol overall, which is the game’s logo. This will pay out a maximum amount of 1,000 coins if you manage to spin five of them on to a winning bet line.
Joining this, you’ll also find that there’s a wild symbol integrated into the game, and this is represented by the colourful juke box. As a wild icon, this will substitute for all other symbols on the reels in order to form a winning combination, and the only exception to this rule is the game’s scatter symbol.
Finally, the scatter symbol of this game is represented by the glittering disco ball, and scatters pay out wherever they show up on the reels. Scatter wins are added to pay line wins, and they’ll provide a multiplier for your total wager placed. If five of them come in to view, you’ll find that your stake is multiplied by a total of times 500.
Get Ready to Head to the Diner!
Vinyl Countdown is a nicely conceived game, it’s just a little lack in certain areas, meaning that it falls a little short of being exceptionally impressive. The special features it includes are fairly ordinary, and the graphics, while being quite decent, are fairly basic as well. Overall, it makes a generic online video slot offering.
